Since 1989 Hart Properties has been a cornerstone of expertise in all areas of real estate.

Following the example set by our founder, Ron Hart, who established Hart Properties in 1989, our team has been dedicated to and has served our community in countless ways. Mr. Hart retired in 2023 with a long distinguished career before turning the reins over to Pat Fernandez who has worked for Hart Properties since receiving her license in the year 2000. Since her career began Pat has worked in all areas of real estate, specializing in property management both residential and commercial.
